Mr. Mausner is a frequent speaker at nursing homes and community groups on topics of interest to seniors and their families. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Inc., the NJ State Bar association Elder Law Section, and the Hudson County Bar Association, and past member of the Hudson Inn of Court.
Mr. Mausner also has an extensive background in real estate transactions including commercial leasing and finance, condemnation law, mortgage foreclosure, condominium homeowner association law, and land use matters. He is also experienced in business transactions including mortgage and asset-based purchases and sales, business formation, shareholder litigation and more.
Mr. Mausner graduated from The George Washington University (B.A.) and Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D.)
