Mr. Mausner also has an extensive background in real estate transactions including commercial leasing and finance, condemnation law, mortgage foreclosure, condominium homeowner association law, and land use matters.  He is also experienced in business transactions including mortgage and asset-based purchases and sales, business formation, shareholder litigation and more.

Mr. Mausner graduated from The George Washington University (B.A.) and Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D.)

Court appointee as guardian ad litem and as court appointed counsel.

Court appointee to Holmdel Juvenile Conference Committee.

Court appointee as Presiding Condemnation Commissioner.

Mr. Mausner is a past member and past Vice Chairman of the NJ Supreme Court Fee Arbitration Committee, District VI.
